Before starting the program activities, it is important to check whether you meet the minimum conditions to follow the training and complete the practical steps comfortably.

This page presents a basic list of technical and operational requirements. Depending on the class, the tool being used, and the way the activities are conducted, there may be additional guidance.

Basic requirements​

To participate properly, you must have:

  • 💻 a computer with internet access, a Windows operating system, and permission to install programs.

When to ask for help​

Seek support from the training team if:

  • a website does not open;
  • the main tool does not load;
  • there is an access or permission error;
  • you do not know which environment you should use;
  • your computer is too limited to follow the steps.
